How can I use a promotion code?
Hawaiian Outpost issues promotion codes within the scope of our marketing campaigns. These codes need to be entered on the shopping cart checkout page when you order. You can only use one code per purchase. Some codes are valid for a limited time only. If your promotion code does not work, please check whether it has already been used or has expired.
What methods of payment does Hawaiian Outpost offer?

Do you offer a secure payment system?
Yes, we sure do. Credit Card payments are processed within the Hawaiian Outpost website by our payment provider Shopify. Credit card payments are 100% secure on our site. Card numbers, expiration dates, names, and other details are encrypted using the level of online security banks use, 128-bit encryption. Transactions are completed in a very secure environment. Credit card details are not displayed to / stored by Hawaiian Outpost.
How will I know if my order is successful?
You will automatically receive an email from us as soon as you have placed your order online. A second email will be sent to you once your order has been fulfilled.
Can I pay using a gift card?
Yes. Each Gift Card will contain a unique code. This code needs to be entered on the shopping cart checkout page when you place your order. Please also refer to “How can I use a promotion code” above.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer you a choice of shipping options. Presently we offer FREE Standard Postage on all purchases of $75 or more. However, if you can't wait to get your items and want faster shipping, we also offer FedEx Air. See our shipping page.
Do you offer Gift Wrapping?
Yes we do! This service is available for an additional charge of $10.00. Please refer to our gift section for additional information. This option can be selected as a shipping option during the checkout process.
How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. We try to maintain a steady stock but if an item is out we will email you and let you know so you can decide whether to wait, change the order or cancelt the order. Depending on the postage option you have selected at checkout will determine the length of time it takes to arrive.
Are your collections made in Hawaii?
The vast majority of our items are made in Hawaii. Items that are made in Hawaii are specified as such on the product page.
Is it possible to check the progress of the delivery?
As soon as the package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains a code which you can use to check the shipping status at any time. The shipping status check does not work until after the sender’s system has been updated. If it does not work immediately, please try again at a later point in time.
I have not received my order, yet according to the delivery status it has arrived. How do I proceed?

How can I send back goods which I have purchased?

Can I purchase if I live outside the US?
